At Noodle House, we believe the best meals start with respect for ingredients. Our journey began in 2018 when Chef Ming and his family transformed their love for Southeast Asian street food into a warm, welcoming space where every bowl is crafted with intention.

We source our wheat from small farms in Hokkaido, our spices from the highlands of Yunnan, and our seafood from sustainable fisheries. Every broth — whether it's our signature tonkotsu, aromatic pho, or fragrant laksa — receives the time it deserves.
